I had 2 brothers and my mother and father, my mother, Eliza Grace Bell was deaf, and my father Alexander Melville Bell was a professor who studied deaf education. My father’s job is the same job I pursued in my life. My 2 brothers, Melville James bell and Edward Charles Bell, when I still lived in Edinburgh, they sadly passed due to tuberculosis, this was the key reason we moved to Canada. My wife was deaf, just like my mother, and I had 4 children.
